Instructions

1. Put the minced meat in a bowl, add the egg, the chopped onion, the cord cubes, mint, oregano, salt and pepper.
2. Knead the minced meat well enough and put it in the fridge for 30 minutes.
3. Boil the eggs until they become firm.
4. Then put the minced meat in the pan, make holes for the eggs to enter and close with the minced meat.
5. Carefully turn the minced meat over so that it does not open in the pan.
6. Put the potatoes in a bowl, after having cut them into wedges, season them with salt and pepper, add the tomato and oregano.
7. Put them in the pan with the roll, add oil and a little water and the onion cut into slices.
8. Every 5 minutes, pour some of the juice on the roll to prevent it from drying out.
9. bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.
* When you put the onion in the multi to chop it, put a little water in it. And that's because this way the minced meat becomes fluffier. Also if you want you can add 1 grated tomato.
